Finishing off the 2007 season with a win in the Bulldog Bowl against Diablo Valley College, the Bulldogs are looking to repeat their success in the upcoming season. With sophomore quarterback David Singleton transfering out, the starting quarterback position is up for grabs.

Disappointing playoff play ends season
For the third straight year the Bulldogs were ousted out of the first round of the playoffs, this time by the Consumnus River Hawks, after winning the first game of a three game set. "It just tells you how difficult the playoffs are," said Head Coach Doug Williams.

Bulldog swim season ends; men's team paddles to third

The men's swim team placed third overall in the annual Coast Conference finals last month at Chabot College, matching their highest team finish ever. The finals were held over three days at in Hayward, on April 24, 25 and 26. "Third place is our best finish for the men's team," said Coach Randy Wright.

Kelly Young throws out the competition

Kelly Young has a gift: She can throw things far. Really far. At the state track meet two weeks ago in Modesto, freshman track and field athlete Young, 19, was voted the Female Field Event Athlete of the Year by track coaches from all over Northern California.
