SM: What exactly do you do at CSM?
OA: Caterings, cooking and serving food.
SM: What is your favorite part of your job?
OA: I like the fact that I'm busy all the time, so time really flies. And I gotta say the caterings too, I like to cator.
SM: Where did you grow up?
OA: In the east bay. I moved to the east bay about 11 years ago. After I was born in Mexico, I moved to San Diego but I only stayed there for a little bit, about a few months. It was very hot out there.
SM: How do you like living in the east bay?
OA: It is a very nice place to live, except for the traffic. Also the weather is very nice, it never gets too hot or too cold.
SM: What are your hobbies?
OA: I like to play sports, produce music and please the wife!!
SM: How long have you been married?
OA: I have been married since I was 19, so two years!
SM: What do you aspire to become in the future?
OA: I will probably be a student for a while until I become an engineer. I really want to manage my own business. I'm not really sure what I want to do yet though.
SM: Are you taking classes at College of San Mateo?
OA: I am thinking about taking classes here next semester, most likely music classes. Right now I go to Chabot College. I didn't want to work and go to school at the same school. I like to move around from place to place.
SM: What do you do for fun on the weekends?
OA: I like to spend time with my friends and family, especially my wife. I barely get to see her because she works mornings and nights, so weekends are the only time I get to spend with her.
SM: Where have you traveled?
OA: Well, out of California, I have been to Las Vegas. In California, I have traveled from Los Angeles and back. I also have been to a couple places in Northern California, such as Sacremento.
SM: What kind of music do you like?
OA: I like all kinds of music, I don't really have a favorite. I guess it depends what mood I am in. I like to listen to reggae, some Spanish music, rock, and hip-hop!
SM: Do you have any pets?
OA: No, not yet.
SM: Who has been most influential in your life?
OA: Well besides my wife, I would probably say my parents.
SM: What do you think the meaning of life is?
OA: Well I could tell you a thousand things, but mostly to live!
